Hello AAE Students,

The survey for AAE students interested in being considered for hire as a grader in AAE courses this semester is now open and can be found at the following link:

We will pull early results Thursday morning to provide some initial results to instructors, so if you want to be given some early consideration have your response in by 8 AM US Eastern on January 15.

The survey will fully close at 8 AM US Eastern on January 20 (next Tuesday), at which point we will make the final results available to faculty members. They and/or their TAs (where TAs are assisting) will reach out to you if they are interested in bringing you on as a grader for their respective course(s) over the week or two following the survey closing.

Submit only one response – be sure your selections are correct before you submit! Entries after the first will be discarded.

For undergraduate students, the maximum number of hours available each week is 10 hours per week (one grader position for one course).

For graduate students, the maximum number of hours available each week is 10 hours per course, up to a maximum of 2 courses of 10 hours per week, each, to a 20 total hours per week (less any other employments you may hold, potentially, such as any assistantship FTE or other hourly roles at Purdue).  

Each grader position is at a rate of $18.00 per hour.

Among other criteria listed on the survey page (be sure to read ALL the details there!), it is important that you must at least be physically located in the United States to be eligible, due to international tax laws.
